Sumo Deadlift Highpulls
Sit-ups

In the 3-2-1 format we do the first exercise for 3 minutes then the second exercise for 3 minutes. Follow this with 2 minutes and 1 minute. Count total reps for the 12 minute workout. If you are able to, record the reps for each round and even for each exercise. Have fun.
