Snow Schedule
They said this was supposed to turn to rain. Grrr!
In light of the continuing snow there will be NO 7:30pm Class Thursday.
4:30/5:30 times are open as usual, drive safely.

Sit 3 minutes in your primal chair. Then…
3 Rounds of:
25 Thrusters with something laying around your house
10 Burpees with 2 push-ups

Perfect!! Because I am a total weather wimp, and 166th is really steep, I’ll get right to this “shut-in” WOD!!!
