CrossFit Total WOD
This video was mentioned the other day and I thought it was good enough to post on the site. The fellow lifting is 180 pounds and his “Total” weight is 1005 pounds. That would be a great performance for the CrossFit Total let alone doing it 10 times and on the clock. Hopefully this video gives you a better idea of what people out there can do.

Anyone notice the mess he made with the chalk? I don’t think he’d get away with that at CFR
I don’t think I’m going to tell that guy what to do with the chalk. I guess I’m glad he is way up north.
I may be crazy, but I’d like to take a run at this. With a little less weight of course.
