At the track:
Warm up for 10-15 minutes with jogging, stretching and
some short buildup sprints.

For Time: Run 400m (one complete lap)

It was the world record until 8/26/1999 when Michael Johnson ran 43.18.

I don’t expect you to approach world record times but you can still experience the glory that is The 400. Grab a few other folks and head to the track. You can time each other or race individually. Give it all you’ve got and see how it feels.  See all the world records in Track & Field here.
