For each person, complete the following for time. Everyone must run 400m, individually, the rest of the reps can be broken in anyway and may be completed in any order. Just get them all done.
Run 400m
30 Burpees
60 Double Unders
60 Kettlebell Swings
120 Sit-ups
120 Walking Lunges

I decided to start a ral archive of what we are doing rather than disdappearing the posts after a couple months. Now you will have a place to make comments, record times if you like or banter if you so desire. This will also be the spot to check for pictures, announcements and schedule updates. Over time I will be adding much more content to the blog so it is a one stop shop for the athletes at CrossFit Redmond.
